I normally do this thing I call my "Walkabout". I grab some gear, pick a place, and I just walk thru it. sometimes it takes all day. It's theraputic. And it's where I'am at my most creative. I recently traveled to Columbus, Ohio, where I captured some great imagery.
I'm with you on that, and your photographs make me feel I'm along with you on one of yours. I just did a walkabout a couple of days ago (hadn't done one in awhile), ran into a boutique from an up and coming designer from Spain and loved his 'simple' stitch work and quilt togethers-in-clothing, oh it was so exhilarating.
