The Puerto Rican Day Parade Philadelphia September 2013

Culturally, The Puerto Rican Day parade, stands out like a perfect crimson rose. full of tradition, pride, pomp and circumstance, and never devoid of visual stimuli. Generations of families have participated in, and watched their children salsa up the parkway, rich in heritage, and  fun to watch. The Community organization, Concilio, along with the city of Philadelphia, has done it again.
