Mr.Cornelius would be very proud........
Mr. Cornelius would be very proud.....
All eyes were upon the Art museum steps today as local radio stations promoted an event to both honor The Late Don Cornelius, and also to try to break the world record for the longest soul train line. As I am typing this blog, I believe they did it. Fun was had by all, both old and young folks alike, and many nationalities were on hand to celebrate the life and iconic show that Don
created. I’ll have more photos posted on my online image gallery site.

The SportsRadio WIP 2012 Wing Bowl, at the Wells Fargo Center.
The Debauchery,..the Spectacle, when my fellow photog, Al For said, "Tony lets do this gig", I had reservations. First, I have heard about the wing bowl. A bunch of rowdy, beer-fueled human beings, stuffed into the cavernous Wells Fargo Center, along with thousand almost naked, enhanced females, and more beer,..and more naked females, and oh, i cant forget a competition testing the gluttony of the over 20 human beings. Secondly, 3 in the morning?? Really? So, I had reservations. Hell, I didn't think my lady friend would let me work it. (she gave in). However, as I had said many times before, there is always a opportunity to tell a story, and get some good imagery, no matter the place, or the subject. So, It was done, and I am a better person for it. Because no matter how drunk you are, or how many times you get flashed by a pair of doctored up breasts, there is great imagery in all.
